Banks Don’t Want To Foreclose…Or Do They?

One of the most comments I hear from frustrated agents as I tour the nation teaching dedicated real estate professionals the truth about short sales is: “I’m convinced that banks want to foreclose! How else can you explain what they do???”
While I completely understand why someone not acquainted with what goes on behind the scenes, in the bank, might believe this, it is actually the furthest thing from the truth. In fact, when I hear this come out of an agent’s mouth, it’s THE tell tale sign that the agent REALLY needs my help. In this clip I discuss exactly this question and clarify why the bank really wants you to successfully close the short sale, regardless of what they do or say.
