<p>While I completely understand why someone not acquainted with what goes on behind the scenes, in the bank, might believe this, it is actually the furthest thing from the truth. In fact, when I hear this come out of an agent&#8217;s mouth, it&#8217;s THE tell tale sign that the agent REALLY needs my help. In this clip I discuss exactly this question and clarify why the bank really wants you to successfully close the short sale, regardless of what they do or say.</p>
